Stratton House offers specialist nurses 24 hours a day giving support and expertise to residents that suffer with dementia. The Clinical Lead has many years of experience as a Registered Mental Nurse in NHS and Care Homes. She is supported by well trained and committed RGN's and RMN's. Ensuring quality care and expertise in mental health and dementia.
All care staff hold a minimum of a level 2 NVQ Qualification or are working towards a recognised NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care.
Senior staff hold a minimum of Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care. The Deputy Manager has had many years of experience in residential care and holds a Level 4 NVQ and Leader and Management Award level 5.
Stratton House is fortunate to have long standing and enthusiastic staff with commitment and compassion for those they look after. The Registered Manager has over 16 years' experience in nursing and residential care.
Currently undertaking a BSc in Dementia Studies and has a Registered Managers Award. All Care Staff within the home are appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care.
A continuous staff-training programme is implemented to ensure the highest standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in care practices.
