Staffing - Kingsleigh Residential Home
Highly trained staff are on call 24 hours a day, all care staff hold a minimum of a level 2 NVQ qualification or are working towards a recognised qualification in Health and Social Care.
Senior staff hold a minimum of Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care. The Deputy Manager has had many years of experience in residential care and holds a Level 3 NVQ and a degree in Business Management.
Kingsleigh is fortunate to have long standing and enthusiastic staff with commitment and compassion for those they look after. The Registered Manager has many years’ experience in residential care and holds a Registered Managers Award and a level 4 NVQ.
All Care Staff within the home are appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous staff-training programme is implemented to ensure the highest standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in care practices.
