Understandably, the cost of paying for residential care can be significant, and this is often a concern for the resident and their family.

We aim to offer the highest standards of care available at affordable prices. Fees are calculated on a weekly basis, and depend on the type of care required and the location and facilities of the bedroom chosen.

We will accept residents who can self-fund or funded by County Councils. Fees start from £410 to £550 per week which is payable in advance.  There is a probationary period of 4 weeks for new residents to ensure the home can meet the needs of the individual and the resident is happy with the care given by the home. After the probationary period a Resident must give a month’s notice if they wish to leave.
